All sales made by Vape Seven are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for products purchased in-store or online, including for change of mind, incorrect product selection, disliked flavors, or opened or used products.

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing, contact us within 48 hours at support@vapeseven.com or +92 331 7777907 and provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs. Where required by applicable law, Vape Seven may provide a replacement, store credit, repair, or another legally required remedy.

For health and safety reasons, opened or used vaping products, e-liquids, disposable vapes, coils, pods, tanks, batteries, and accessories cannot be returned.

This policy does not limit any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. Vape Seven reserves the right to refuse claims involving misuse, accidental damage, normal wear, improper storage, or failure to follow product instructions.
